1. Description of the service

PresentHunter ("the Service") is a web platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised gift suggestions. The user provides a description of the gift recipient, an optional link to their public social profile, the occasion type and an indicative budget. The Service processes this information through an automated AI pipeline and returns a selection of products available on Amazon.

The Service is offered free of charge and without registration.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Using the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users who access or use PresentHunter, regardless of the means of access.

3. Permitted use

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful and non-misleading information in the request form.
• Not enter sensitive personal data (health data, sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs) in the recipient description.
• Use the Service exclusively for lawful and personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not attempt to overload, manipulate or compromise the Service's systems.
• Not use the Service to collect data about third parties in a mass or systematic manner.

PresentHunter reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the Service in the event of abusive or non-compliant use.

4. Social profile analysis

When the user provides a social profile link, the Service accesses only content publicly accessible on that platform. No access is made to private content, password-protected content or content visible only to followers/friends.

A user who provides a social link declares and warrants that:

• They have the right to share that link with the Service for gift recommendation purposes.
• The profile indicated belongs to a natural person and not to a minor under 14 years of age.
• They will not use the analysis results for unlawful purposes or in a way that is harmful to the recipient's dignity.

Social data is processed temporarily, solely to generate the requested gift suggestion, and is not retained beyond the time required for processing.

5. Amazon affiliate links

Products suggested by the Service include affiliate links to the Amazon Associates programme. This means that if a user purchases a product by clicking a link in the results, PresentHunter may receive a commission from Amazon, at no additional cost to the buyer.

PresentHunter has no control over:

• The availability, price, quality or specifications of products listed on Amazon.
• Delivery times and conditions.
• Return and refund policies of Amazon or third-party sellers.

Product suggestions are automatically generated by the AI based on the recipient's interests and do not constitute a commercial recommendation guaranteed by PresentHunter.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

PresentHunter is not liable for:

• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in AI-generated recommendations.
• Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure.
• Products purchased on Amazon based on the suggestions received.

PresentHunter's total liability to the user, for any cause, is limited to zero euros, as the Service is provided free of charge.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including design, source code, logos, trademarks and editorial content, are the exclusive property of PresentHunter or its licensors.

AI-generated gift suggestions are provided to the user for personal use. Reproduction, distribution or commercialisation of Service results without written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Changes to the service and Terms

PresentHunter reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, without notice and without liability to users.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the site. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the Service, the parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of [CITY], subject to any mandatory statutory provision applicable to the consumer.
